Vision
Girl Power Talk is passionate about elevating young women in India (and eventually everywhere) to become global leaders who are recognized for their myriad talents and contributions. We believe that through education, opportunity and the support of empathetic male allies, girls and women will advance beyond gender roles, aspire to new levels of achievement and reshape our society. Through our innovative ecosystem, we are changing the world of work for the better and providing all voices equal weight in a new narrative defining the future.
Starting A Movement
Girl Power Talk was founded on the idea that India needs an innovative new work culture that equally harnesses people’s talents, irrespective of their gender. Girl Power Talk is more than a company. We are a movement rooted in empowerment, professional ambition and social impact. For generations, women have been relegated to secondary roles and youth exploited for their energy and inexperience. We are a culture that will make history by changing this dynamic and writing the beautiful next chapter in this story.
Women In Technology
The technology industry is becoming increasingly gender inclusive, and at Girl Power Talk, we consciously hire women for tech roles. Women, non-binary individuals, and men work side by side on Coding, UI/UX design, SEO, and Data Science teams. The resulting confluence of ideas, styles, and strengths affords our clients a competitive advantage when developing solutions for their challenges. Our growing team of young women in tech lead by example for younger girls interested in pursuing STEM careers.
Generate Impact
Our benevolent organization is dedicated to promoting the welfare of disadvantaged communities. Our core mission is to change lives one person at a time. We focus intently on supporting women-owned businesses, providing education in rural communities, raising awareness on gender issues, and being a passionate voice for those without one. We encourage young women to express their opinions and realize their dreams, and we create opportunities for them to do so. Our young leaders find happiness in giving back to their communities and eradicating social injustice.
Diversity & Inclusion
To us, diversity means strength. Our team collectively represents four continents, and bringing together people of all genders, races, and religions to collaborate in harmony makes us more effective and powerful. We celebrate each individual’s unique talents and perspectives and pride ourselves on our inclusive culture in which everyone feels safe—including people from the LGBTQIA+ community—and enjoys personal and creative freedom
Entrepreneurial Culture
We offer our team the kind of intellectual freedom that allows each person to innovate and grow, regardless of their age, education, or background. We believe deeply in the creative potential of young talent and have therefore adopted an approach opposite to that of traditional companies, who limit young people by relegating them to mundane tasks. We also have a unique profit-sharing business model that rewards integrity, diligence, and performance..
Girls Just Wanna
Have Fun
A positive work culture leads to higher productivity when it provides team members a safe space to express their concerns, removes barriers in favor of bridges for growth and fosters resilience to stress or depression.
The Girl Power Talk Family
We meticulously recruit ambitious young leaders who value personal growth, professional development, and positive social change. Every candidate who is invited to join our global team is special not so much for what they do, but for who they are. We celebrate difference and believe in the collective power that is created when individuals are free to be authentic and true to themselves. Our genuine care and love for one another inspire us to work harder and play harder than everyone else. Our happiness is infectious because it is real.
Meet Our Team
We believe that our careers are part of how we influence the world around us, so we strive to maintain a culture that allows each person to find purpose in their work. Our worth is determined not simply by our remuneration but also by the rewards we get from creating positive change for others. Our workplace is a happy one; we encourage our team members to maximize their work-life balance and to see their colleagues as a kind of extended familial support system. We love coming to work at Girl Power Talk because it is our second home.

What makes Girl Power Talk and Rachita’s team unique is they took the time to research our market, other great examples of hospital groups in South America, and educated us on what others were doing before making recommendations. This market intelligence showed our team that Girl Power Talk really values us.
As board chair for Canada’s Responsible Investment Association, I play an active role in facilitating the integration of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors into the investment decision making process, and in the encouragement of Impact Investing. Girl Power Talk is a leading example of an impact investment – a company that aims to have a positive ESG outcome while following a robust business plan – in this case the provision of exceptional service as digital marketing experts.
Girl Power Talk is one of the few that stand out because of its passion for educating young ladies and especially at the grass roots level and therefore changing those lives for the better. The organization is committed to inspiring young leaders to achieve their full potential. From organizing workshops in remote villages for primary and secondary school students to nurturing young people to build confidence and interpersonal skills, Girl Power Talk’s commitment to gender parity and integrating the strengths of specially-abled communities is a vision that would thrive in any continent and especially in Africa.
